Join the Peninsula Alumni Chapter of Norfolk State on Saturday, November 14, 2009 as we travel to see the Norfolk State Spartans vs. Delaware State Hornets Football Game in Dover, Delaware 1:00 pm and Gaming and Shopping at Dover Downs immediately after the Game.

Point of Departure: Park & Ride on Indian River Rd and Reon, 7:00 am
