Students and faculty from several of Norfolk State University's schools and colleges helped deliver meals to families or donated food a local food banks for the Thanksgiving holiday.

This week, more than 30 students from the three Living Learning Communities (Honors College, Hope Academy, and Dozoretz National Institute for Mathematics and Applied Sciences), along with representatives from the Student Affairs Office prepared complete dinner boxes in the James A. Bowser Building for 50 families who live at the Spartan Village. The complete boxes included fresh vegetables, dried goods and each family received a frozen turkey.  (Click here for the entire article)
