Jane D. Crawley has been named Henrico's deputy county manager for community services, effective Sept. 8. A graduate of Norfolk State University with a bachelor's degree in social work, Crawley currently serves as director of the county's Department of Social Services. In her new position, she will be responsible for several agencies with combined budgets of more than $65 million. (Click here for more information)
